Most real estate agents are
trained to try and persuade home buyers and sellers to sign a contract
before giving out information. This is really a foolish practice
because if a home buyer or seller really wants to save the commission,
is willing to put forth the effort, and doesn’t have a time restraint,
then there is good reason to try it on their own for at least 30-45
days. I understand this and I appreciate that you want to at least TRY
to save the commission.
Statistics do show that 94% of all real estate sold, is sold by real
estate agents. But this does not mean that you can’t be successful in
buy or sell a home yourself. Rather than fight common sense and human
nature for those who will try this, I recognize it would be much
better to help you do it yourself. In turn, I would like to earn
